- Decide who will coordinate the program for your company
- Liaise with Vaccinations Onsite staff for regarding a suitable time for your vaccination session. Influenza Programs are run from March through to July.
- Vaccinations Onsite will provide you with all the promotional material you will require for a successful vaccination session. Vaccinations Onsite will provide you with personalized posters to advertise the session, mobiles, information sheets, consent forms, access to our online booking system if desired.
- Confirm expected numbers of those to be vaccinated, usually a few days before appointment.
